I am 4 months post op from a total knee replacement. I have 135 degrees of flexion(bend) and can straighten to about 3-5 degrees of straight. I want to know if this is what others are experiencing. I still wake with stiffness and discomfort/pain each morning. Sitting still for long produces the same stiffness and initial limping. I guess I just want to know when I will get back to normal.
